Rotation Learning partners with leading organisations, teachers and coaches across Perth to deliver specialist sessions in various sports and creative arts. Our partners include qualified professionals from sporting associations, performing arts such as drama, music and art, wellbeing practitioners and outdoor adventure specialists. We also partner with schools to provide leadership opportunities for Senior School students (Years 10-12) who serve as peer mentors and buddy-system leaders.
Rotation Learning programs are designed for children from Kindergarten through to Year 6 (approximately ages 4-12). Children need to have completed 1 term of Kindergarten to enrol in the program. Children are grouped dynamically according to year level and overall program enrolment, with differentiated content and age-appropriate activities. If your child has a friendship preference with someone approximately one year apart in age, you can indicate this during registration.
Yes, absolutely. All Rotation Learning staff hold current Working With Children Checks and are committed to child safety and wellbeing. Our team includes qualified teachers, certified coaches and experienced staff who deliver enriching, high-quality practices. All key staff hold current first-aid qualifications. We also provide comprehensive training, onboarding and induction for all team members before they work with children.
Rotation Learning programs are held at partner school venues across Perth, Western Australia. Each school holiday period, we operate at multiple locations to provide convenient access for families throughout the metropolitan area. Visit our Programs page to find a school holiday program near you and view available dates.
Rotation Learning operates as a community school holiday program rather than a registered childcare service. This means our programs are not eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). However, we focus on delivering high-quality, engaging educational and recreational experiences that go beyond standard vacation care, with qualified educators and specialist activity providers.
We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios in line with the Department of Education standards to ensure quality supervision and pastoral care. Group coaches remain with the same groups throughout the program, promoting strong relationships and continuity. We also have Senior School students (Years 10-12) who serve as peer mentors and buddy-system leaders, creating additional layers of care, connection and positive role modelling for younger participants.
Yes. Rotation Learning holds comprehensive public liability insurance to ensure the safety and protection of all participants, staff and families. All activities occur in a child-safe environment with qualified supervision.
