Children are grouped dynamically according to year level and overall program enrollment. This ensures age-appropriate activities and challenges for all participants. If your child has a friendship or sibling preference with someone approximately one year apart in age, please indicate this during registration and we'll do our best to accommodate. All children interact together during recess, lunch and occasional whole program learning experiences.
If siblings are approximately one year apart in age, we can usually accommodate a request to group them together. Please indicate this preference during registration. However, if there's a significant age gap, children may be better suited to their own year-level groups to ensure age-appropriate activities and social connections.
Absolutely. Rotation Learning is a community holiday program and welcomes all students from Kindergarten to Year 6, regardless of their regular school. Our programs bring together children from across the community, helping them develop new friendships and social connections.
A parent or guardian must physically attend reception to sign children in and out each day. If you need someone else to collect your child, any modifications to authorised collection arrangements must be communicated in advance to the Program Co-ordinator. This is essential to safeguard every child's safety. Please ensure authorised collectors are listed during registration or notify us before the program day.
Bookings typically open several weeks before each school holiday period. Email Rotation Learning, follow us on social media or visit the website. Early bird discounts are available for those who book before the specified early bird deadline.
You can book individual days and sessions based on your family's needs. There's no requirement to book an entire program — select the days and sessions that work best for you. Each day offers a different combination of activities, so children can attend multiple days without repeating the same experience.
Bookings close at 9.00 am the day before program commencement unless it is sold out.
No prior experience is required. Our programs are designed for children of all skill levels and abilities. Activities are delivered through age-appropriate progressions, modified games and inclusive approaches that ensure every child can participate, learn and have fun. Our qualified coaches adapt sessions to support beginners while still challenging more experienced participants.
Our programs features a range of sports and creative learning experiences. Students rotate through 3-4 different sports in the morning (such as AFL, Basketball, Soccer and Dance) and 2-3 creative arts, sports and team building experiences in the afternoon (for example, art, drama, Cricket, team building games and mindfulness). The specific activities vary by program and day — check the activity schedule for your chosen program to see what's on offer.

Student safety remains our paramount concern. Should severe or unfavourable weather be forecast, activities will be adapted and available indoor facilities utilised to ensure the wellbeing of both students and staff. Our programs are designed with flexibility to move indoors when needed, and we have contingency plans for various weather scenarios.
