Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling a child in a Rotation Learning program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry or enrolling a child in a Rotation Learning program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

2. About Rotation Learning

Rotation Learning delivers School holiday programs across Perth, Western Australia, for children from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our programs feature a daily rotation of multi-sport activities, creative arts, drama, dance, music, outdoor adventure and service-learning experiences, delivered in partnership with qualified educators, certified coaches and leading Perth organisations.

3. Program Bookings

3.1 Eligibility

Rotation Learning programs are open to children from Kindergarten to Year 6, unless otherwise stated for a specific program. Children must have completed 1 term of Kindergarten to enrol in the program. Some programs are designated for girls only; others are open to both girls and boys. Please refer to the individual program details before booking. By enrolling, you confirm your child meets the stated eligibility criteria.

3.2 Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from Rotation Learning.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the program start date: full refund or credit note at your election.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date: non-refundable and non-transferable
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the program: non-refundable

Rotation Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrolments, adverse weather, venue unavailability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, all enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or alternative placement at their election.

3.4 Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify program content, activities, venues, dates or times. We will notify enrolled participants of any material changes as soon as reasonably practicable. Minor changes to the daily activity rotation do not constitute a material change.

4. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

By enrolling your child in a Rotation Learning program, you confirm and agree that:

  • You are the parent or legal guardian of the enrolled child, or have lawful authority to enrol them on behalf of their parent or guardian
  • You have disclosed all relevant medical information, allergies, dietary requirements and any special needs or conditions at the time of booking
  • Your child is physically and emotionally capable of participating in the program activities
  • You consent to Rotation Learning staff administering first aid and, in the event of a medical emergency, seeking emergency medical treatment for your child
  • You will ensure your child is dropped off and collected on time. Late collection may incur a fee of $10.00 for every 15 minutes, after the first ten minutes.
  • You will ensure your child is appropriately dressed, has a hat, applied sunscreen and is equipped with food, water and any medication required for the day (all labelled)

5. Child Safety and Behaviour

Rotation Learning operates under a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all children in our programs. We adhere to child safety principles and require all staff, contractors and volunteers working directly with children to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) under the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Act 2004 (WA).

All program participants are expected to treat other participants, staff and venue facilities with respect. Rotation Learning reserves the right to remove any child from a program, without refund, where their behaviour poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others, or is disruptive to the operation of the program. In such cases, parents or guardians will be contacted and required to collect the child promptly.

6. Medical and Health Matters

Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information at the time of booking, including diagnosed medical conditions, known allergies, current medications and any physical limitations. This information is used solely to ensure your child's safety during the program and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Rotation Learning staff are not medically trained (unless specifically qualified) and cannot administer prescription medication except in an emergency. If your child requires medication during the program, please contact us prior to the program start date.

Rotation Learning does not accept liability for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

7. Photography and Media

Rotation Learning may take photographs and video footage during program sessions for the purposes of program documentation, promotion, marketing and use on our website and social media channels. By enrolling your child in a program, you consent to this use, unless you notify us in writing or the through the Trybooking process prior to the program start date that you do not consent.

Where consent is not given, Rotation Learning will take reasonable steps to ensure that child is not identifiable in published media. Images will not be used in a manner that directly identifies an individual child without the express written consent of their parent or guardian.

8. Liability and Risk

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)):

  • Participation in Rotation Learning program involves physical activity. You acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of injury associated with physical and sport-based activities
  • Rotation Learning accepts no liability for loss, injury, illness or damage sustained by a participant during a program, except to the extent caused by Rotation Learning's own negligence
  • Rotation Learning's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a program booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rotation Learning website including text, images, logos, program descriptions and related materials is the intellectual property of Rotation Learning or our licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt or use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational and booking purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we do not warrant that the website will be available at all times or be error-free.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Rotation Learning is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of linked websites.

11. Employment Enquiries

The employment enquiry form on our website is for expressions of interest and job applications only. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee an interview. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

All personal information submitted as part of an employment application is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website with the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
